The room was decent sized and compact, I had very positive experience.
I loved the room with a view. The breakfast was delicious at 9.40am and with appetising food, and the staff was amicable.

Every detail was good, including location and rooms, I enjoyed how clean the hotel was. I was very happy with the silent room, that was complete with the bar, a couch bed, for instance. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware were nice.
The water pressure could be better, it kinda bothered us.

Exceptional staff - could not have been more helpful when the computer systems were down. Calm and, even when it was busy at Reception, were courteous, measured and solved the problem rather than adding to them. It was all much appreciated.

Terrible Experience
In general: We stayed here in June. Service was poor to say the least from check-in to check-out. Room was ok but location is sketchy and room had a mildew smell and was musty. They 'offer' laundry in the basement. It is scary at night to be there late at night. And none of the dryers worked so it took hours to do laundry. Literally had to stay up ALL night to finish laundry and almost missed flight. Finally after 4th complaint to front desk at 3am the young man offered to dry my laundry in hotel's dryer. Location and surroundings: Sketchy area felt unsafe walking around. Service: Unfriendly front desk agents. I was made to feel like I was 2nd class citizen. Talked down to and just unprofessional. For the amount of money the room was, I was very disappointed in the arrogance of the staff. Manager was requested but never responded. Room: Moldy musty room. Useful tips: Would love to speak with someone. Please call me 1-863-662-9393 but since I couldn't speak to someone while there I doubt anyone will contact me now.

Convenient location not far from Big Ben. Good friendly staff comfortable clean room. The room has a smartphone with an internet connection and you can walk around the city with it and call many countries for free. It's a pity Russia doesn't enter these countries

New hotel in the center, everywhere you can walk. Very clean, the room has a kitchen area with everything you need. Near cafes and shops.
The room's a little dark, and even during the day you have to turn on the lights. We lived in a suite on the third floor, the windows overlook the dark yard.
